Walking away from 2024, I would say these are the 9 most important factors affecting progress.
1. EGO is your worst gym enemy. Drop it, or you’ll drop those weights—and your progress.
2. Bad MOBILITY makes strong people weak. Bench 400 kilos? Cool. But squat with stiff ankles? That’s rhino-doing-ballet energy.
3. Weak? No. You just need to learn TECHNIQUE. Strength is the engine, but technique is the GPS. Without it, you’re lost.
4. CONSISTENCY isn’t flashy, but the results are. Embrace the grind, sweat, and tears—extraordinary comes from the daily hustle.
5. BAD HABITS will crush your gains. It starts at home. So sleep well, eat right, move better, and fix your form. No excuses, just action.
6. Find TRAINING PARTNERS who push you, hold you accountable, and make it fun. Iron sharpens iron—every time.
7. Forget magic SHORTCUTS! Belts and shoes help, but they’re no replacement for hard work. The only real hack is hustle.
8. Coaches don’t just point out problems—they help you notice them, so don’t expect us to tell you the same thing over and over again. Identify when the bad habits creep in, and fix them.
9. Anyone who wants improvement needs a COACH. Stop guessing and start progressing. It’s worth the investment, YOU’RE WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
