My own journey wasn't easy- I spent years trapped in dieting cycles and obsessing over weight loss. Everything changed when I realised that food wasn't the enemy- Its the key to unlocking my full potential.
I now help individuals break free from restriction, fuel with purpose, and build the strength they never knew they had. Because food should be empowering, not anxiety-inducing.
